The FBI on Tuesday (7/28) arrested a man for allegedly shining a laser pointer at a Philadelphia police helicopter in April 2008.
James Gautieri, of Williamsport, PA had already been charged by the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office for this criminal act, but now he also faces federal charges related to the incident. Gautieri could face a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years.
